Items sometimes sell out, but we're here to help! Please email us a photo or the style number of the product to customerservice@tai-rittichai.com. We'll inform you about its availability status. Additionally, we'd be happy to suggest similar styles currently on our site.
I'm uncertain if my order was processed. How can I verify?
After placing an order, a confirmation email detailing your purchased items should arrive. If it's not in your inbox, it might be in your Spam folder. Still can't find it?

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can then track your order's journey at www.USPS.com.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders placed Mon-Fri are typically processed within 1-2 hours. For orders placed on weekends, please allow up to 24 hours.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number, which you can use on usps.com to monitor its journey to you.
Can I remove items from my order after completing the checkout?
Once you've completed the checkout, items can't be removed online. If you need to make changes, please email us at customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with the subject "REVISE ORDER: [Your Name – Order Confirmation Number]."
To ensure timely changes, contact us within 1-2 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this time period, order modifications may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 1-2 hours on weekdays. On weekends, allow up to 24 hours. If you wish to cancel, please email us at customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER: [Your Name – Order Confirmation Number]" immediately.

While we don't offer gift wrapping, every TAI jewelry piece comes in a signature TAI pouch, perfect for gifting.
