PRODUCT CARE

All TAI jewelry pieces are individually handmade in our factory in Thailand, where each piece is carefully examined for flaws before shipping to our office in California. Since each item is unique, we advise the following product care steps to ensure the long wear of your TAI jewelry.

Each TAI jewelry piece is delivered in a pouch for safekeeping. Please use this pouch to store your TAI pieces when not worn.

FINISHED PIECES

All of our gold and silver finished pieces are plated over brass. With proper care and management of your TAI jewelry, you can extend its wear and use.

Do not expose your gold and silver plated jewelry to water, cleaning solvents, or other chemicals as it will affect the color and finish of the product. Remember that sweat also affects the finish of your gold-plated item, so keep in mind if you are going to be working out or exposed to the sun for the entire day.

To store your plated jewelry, you can place it in the TAI pouch provided or hang it in a jewelry box to prevent tangling and/or scratches to the finish.

HANDMADE PIECES

Our skilled artisans in Thailand meticulously beaded, braided, and strung each handmade piece.

Although the items are braided for strength for pulling bracelets and necklaces, please be careful when using the pull closure. Pulling on them abruptly could damage the braid over time or quickly snag at a pull.

Some of our handmade bracelets have glass ornamentation. To clean the colored glass on your jewelry, use a damp cloth and gently wipe away debris or dirt. Water is sufficient to clean the glass; solvents may cause damage.

To store your handmade TAI pieces, please place them in the TAI pouch shipped with your order.
