Order Processing

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-2 hours Mon-Fri. On weekends please allow 24 hours. 

As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send an email with your tracking number and you can track the delivery through usps.com.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is only free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a flat rate fee of $5 for domestic orders.

International Shipping

For international shipping costs and expedited shipping, shipping costs are determined by recipient location. We only deliver to residential or commercial addresses. TAI is not responsible for international duties and fees determined by recipient country and customers will be responsible for paying upon delivery. TAI will not undervalue fine jewelry items on international customs forms, so customers should expect to pay the projected duties and fees based on the full price of all 14k gold items.
